HOW TO SETUP EMAILS IN OUTLOOK EXPRESS – DEC 2007

GOTO TOOLS / ACCOUNTS / MAIL / ADD / MAIL

mail server type: pop3

incoming server: mail.yourwebsiteaddress.com

outgoing server: mail. yourwebsiteaddress.com

account name = craig@ yourwebsiteaddress.com (or whatever your email is)

TO CHECK SETTINGS ARE CORRECT

GOTO TOOLS / ACCOUNTS / MAIL

Double click on an account

CLICK ON GENERAL TAB

make sure info is correct

tick where it says “include account when synchronising”

CLICK ON SERVERS TAB

“Log on using secure” should not be ticked

“Server requires authentication” should be ticked

SETTINGS: “use same settings” should be ticked
